Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied after having received the goods you have ordered, you have a period of seven (7) days from the delivery day to give back or exchange the item. To return or change an order, you must respect the following requirements:
- The product cannot have been used
- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered in its original packaging.
JellyLamp does not accept changes of purchases made in shops retailers.
If you send an article for an exchange or a refund, the package must be returned in its original packaging.
JellyLamp will refund the entire amount paid, excluding shipping costs only if the product is returned to the conditions listed above.
If the goods are not repacked properly and therefore the product cannot be resold as new, we reserve the right to impose a tax of 30% the price paid for the goods. The return of the due amount will be automatically made on your credit card or on the account specified by the customer, depending on way of payement used by the customer. Under no circumstances, cash will be paid in case of return. The buyer is responsible for the goods returning costs.
If the item is damaged while it is in the customer possession, or if the customer fails in returning all the parts of the item, we have the right to refuse the payment of the entire or partial refund as a compensation for the loss of our goods. JellyLamp will undergo any return merchandise only through their company carrier.
In case of a change, the buyer is responsable for all the delivery and shipping costs. Under no circumstances, will be paid cash in case of return. After having received the product, we will send you the new lamp using the same service as you did when you purchased the original product, without any extra charges.
Cancellation of orders
The buyer cannot cancel any orders without a written permission from us. This authorization is subject to the compensation for all damages caused by the cancellation. Without prejudice to our right to seek enforcement or compensation for any damage in excess, the customer agrees that such damages should be assessed at a minimum of 30% of the invoice issued by us.
