How to purchase

The steps to make the purchase will be automatically suggested by the site. You must fill all the required fields in order to complete your order. Please do not forget that all data have to be corrected in order to avoid misunderstandings or problems during the delivery of the article(s) purchased.

Order Confirmation

Once you have made your choice and sent the order, you will receive a message from Blomming in which the registration of your order will be confirmed (Order Confirmation). This order confirmation will include the details of the purchased item, the total price (including VAT and shipping costs) and the payment mode and delivery mode. If an error occurs when processing an order, please contact us using proper form. However, please always check your order before final issuance.
You can edit it, before forwarding the information entered, such as the sending or billing address, or modify or delete items in your shopping cart. The non-receipt of messages may be caused by temporary network problem or an error in the e-mail address. In both cases, please contact us. We reserve the right not to accept your order if it was not possible to obtain the payment authorization, or in case of sending restriction related to a particular sold out item or article. In this case, you will be notified by e-mail and we will refund the payment if it has already been processed.
We shall not be liable to you or to third parties for the purpose of withdrawing the product from this site regardless of wheather or not the sale of the product, the removal from the selection or modification of any material or content on this site, refusing to process the transaction. If the required items are not available, or in case of any problem for the delivery of goods, JellyLamp will contact you within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays).

Warehouse

It is possible that the product you have chosen may not be available from our stock. The online store JellyLamp / Blomming assumes no liability for any non-stock availability of any of the items on display.
Please note that the items you put in the shopping cart are not reserved and therefore could be bought by another customer. The products and offerings are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) acceptance of your order.

Pricing Policy

All prices and charges in this site are quoted in euros, including VAT but excluding shipping costs. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you ordered plus the delivery reload planned. All advertised prices and offers remain valid from time to time. The price of the products presented on the site will be considered valid for the order. JellyLamp assumes no responsibility for any duties, tariffs or additional costs for deliveries. JellyLamp reserves the right to change prices at retail at any time, except for orders already placed.

Payment and security

We accept orders anytime, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
JellyLamp only accepts payments via credit card or debit card as indicated on the page, payment through Paypal or Bank Transfer in advance. We will not accept forms of payment other than those listed above. The user who makes the purchase shall confirm that he/she is the cardholder's credit / debit card or the card use has to be explicitly authorized by the cardholder's credit / debit card. All the holders of credit cards / debit cards are subject to controls on the validity and authorization by the card issuer.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver in the event that the issuer of the credit card / debit waste to initiate the payment. We pay due attention to the security of this site. Moreover,we will all reasonable precautions in our power to keep information about your order and its payment in a safe place.
However, we accept no responsibility, except our apparent neglect, theft suffered when impossessino third parties in an unauthorized manner at the time of your access or place orders on this site. JellyLamp assumes no responsibility for delays in delivery of goods arising from non-bank authorization.
Cumulative orders will be sent in one shipment when all items are available. It will not be made any submission in part. JellyLamp reserves the right to block an order for security reasons. Interested customers will receive the corresponding notification.
We also reserve the right to cancel an order if it is not possible to verify the details of sending and / or billing upon notice from us. We reserve the right to reject / cancel an order or when we have reason to believe that the buyer can resell it.

Warranty Purchase

We will be able to fulfill an order only if the delivery address is a place of habitual residence or business located in one of the countries listed in the Blomming list.
The items on this web site meet the same requirements in terms of quality and guarantees than those sold in stores retailers. Each product bears the following details:

JellyLamp tries to propose a color display of items that most closely matches the real color. However, this color may be subject to variation depending on the quality of your computer monitor. For this reason, JellyLamp can not guarantee that the colors displayed on the monitor of your computer exactly reproduce the original.
The appearance and consistency of the gel contained inside the lamp may differ from the photographs shown in this and/or other websites. The gel used is in fact an organic material. The bubbles present in the lamp in phase of realization may therefore not be present, vanish or change in appearance over time.
Special offers, promotions and discounts will be valid until expiration date or until the depletion of inventories, and at the first occurrence of the two options. Our lamps are warranted against defects in workmanship for one year from the date of delivery.
