Who is SEMIKI?

Semiki is a creative duo, composed by Laura Menichelli and Gianluca Ruocco Guadagno, two venetian designers who have been working together from 2010 making graphic projects, product design and the fulfillment of communication for businesses and organizations on the Italian territory.

Laura Menichelli

She was born in Venice in March 1984. After her high school graduation, she graduated at university in Industrial Design at IUAV in Venice and took her Masters in Graphic Design at the LABA in Florence, she has benn working from 2008 for graphic design and packaging. With Gianluca Ruocco Guadagno she forms the Semiki duo, creators of the project Jellylamp Marmeled lamp.

Gianluca Ruocco Guadagno

He was born in Venice in July 1980. He has a high school degree in graphic design and after he has graduated in industrial design, since 2007 he works as a freelancer in the graphic and web design filed and works on projects for major Italian companies in Milan and Venice. Together with Laura Menichelli he created the project Jellylamp and designed the first lamp of the serie, the Marmeled.He also signed important artwork and web under the name of Semiki.
